UK mainland - Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm and up to 10 working days.
UK NI and Islands - Usually 4 - 8 working days and up to 20 working days
Within Europe - 5 - 10 working days and up to 20 working days.
USA - 5 - 12 working days and up to 25 working days.
Rest of World - 7 - 12 working days and up to 30 working days.
The first number of days is when parcels usually arrive, the second number in the amount of days you will need to wait before the item is declared lost.

This service is a sprint worldwide service delivering parcels within 5+ working days. This time excludes time the parcels spend at customs. Packages are dispatched each following Monday, so if you place your order on Monday evening (GMT London) then your package will leave next week. This is to avoid weekends. This is fully trackable servis right through Etsy.com or Etsy app.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTY, TAXES:
Customs can hold packages for up to 6-8 weeks. As we cannot guarantee packages not being held or know when they will be released we ask customers for patience during which time that customs may be holding items.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

RETURNS
Customers can return food items within 10 days of receipt in it's original condition, unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If items are returned damaged or opened refund will be declined or only partially refunded, depending on the extend of the damage. We highly recommend returning the item by recorded service.
